This is my sweet little LA rental. I from NY on sabbatical in LA for 2 years. This summer I’m home in NY which means this house is ready for you to enjoy! Located in 20 minutes east of Downtown LA; 40 minutes from pacific coast beaches; and walking distance to train, coffee, grocery, and more!

With plenty of pool loungers and floaties, this beautiful pool is maintained weekly by a professional and is completely private in a yard surrounded by lush vegetation. Take in the mountain views after an incredible aquatic workout or just enjoy hanging poolside.

With 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and enormous living, dining, kitchen, and working spaces, this house can accommodate your group of nearly any size.
Spotless. Minimalist.
This is a no-frills space with everything you need to live simply, well. All I ask is that you please keep the space as neat and tidy as you found it - both for the sake of the peace and calm that cleanliness can bring to your stay and for my allergy ridden kiddos.
